Victoria Maria Barboza, 32, a resident of Lordsburg, NM entered eternal rest Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, N.M. She was born August 21, 1988 in Safford, AZ to George Holguin and Patty Barboza. Victoria grew up in Lordsburg, NM where she raised her 3 daughters. She spent most of her days with her family and those she loved. She had many nieces and nephews who all love their "Auntie Tor" dearly. Victoria was never afraid to speak her mind and she loved joking and making people laugh. Regardless of the situation she always had a positive outlook.

She is survived by her mother, Patty of Lordsburg; her partner, Tyler Bednorz of Lordsburg; three daughters, Serenity Rae Holguin, Nevaeh Trinidad Mejia, and Angel Nicole Mejia; three brothers, Robert Holguin (Rhiannon) of Lordsburg; Victor Holguin (Yolanda) of Phoenix, AZ; Chris Holguin of Lordsburg; five sisters, Valerie Artiaga (Freddy) of Phoenix, AZ; Joann Clark (Gabriel) of Phoenix, AZ; Patricia Clark (Gregory) of Lordsburg; Rachel Holguin of Lordsburg; Georgia Holguin of AZ; numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her dad, George C. Holguin, paternal grandparents, Lila and Henry Holguin, maternal grandparents, Robert and Maria Barboza.

A Private family service will be held on Friday, February 26 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with the holy rosary being recited by Alice Ramirez. The funeral mass will commence with Father Jude Okonkwo officiating. Concluding service and interment will follow at Shakespeare cemetery. Pallbearers are Robert Holguin, Ray Holguin, Victor Holguin, Ray Holguin, Tommy Sanchez, Greg Gholson, and Gabriel Gonzalez. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert Holguin Jr., Isaiah Holguin, Liam Holguin, Freddy Artiaga III, Gregory Gholson Jr., Jayvyn Clark, and Jonah De La Garza Jr.
