Barbara Ann Druzsba-Forman, 80, a resident of Quemado, NM, entered eternal rest on Saturday, April 20, 2024 in Mimbres, NM.  She was born to her parents Stanley Theodore and Amelia Cormelia (Balinsky) Kuczbansky on March 25, 1944 in Perth Amboy, New Jersey.

Barbara loved spending time with her family and loved them deeply.  She liked spending time outdoors and taking walks with her dogs, her favorite was Casey.  She was very active and had a knack for dealing with animals.  As a trucking dispatcher, she received recognitions and awards for her work.  She handled her challenges with dignity and grace.  She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Forman; her two sons Darrin John Druzsba and Jay Anthony Druzsba.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

No services are scheduled at this time.
