5,000 Feet. Strong Winds Saturday Afternoon Will Cause Near
Blizzard Conditions.

* Timing...precipitation Will Initially Start Out As Rain On
Friday Evening, But Change Over To Snow Saturday Morning.

* Main Impact...roads Will Be Snow Packed And Icy And Difficult To
Drive On. There Could Possibly Be Road Closure Late Saturday
