A Pacific Storm System Will Slowly Move Across The Southwestern U.S. This Weekend. Increased Moisture And Instability With The
Storm Will Bring Increasing Precipitation Chances To The
Southwestern Mountains Of New Mexico This Afternoon Through Mid-Day Sunday. Cooler Air Will Move In Late Tonight And Lower Snow
Levels From Around 9000 Ft This Afternoon To 6500 Ft By Daybreak Sunday. Elevations Above 7500 Ft Could See Snow Accumulations Of 3
To 7 Inches While Elevations Between 6500 Ft And 7500 Ft Could See 1 To 3 Inches. Snow Is Expected To Diminish Sunday Afternoon And The The Storm System Will Pull Out Of The Region Early Monday To End Snow Chances.

and Fort Bayard

Near 1 Inch Snow Accumulation.

Showers Above 7500 Ft In The Late Evening. Overnight Snow Will
Lower And Be As Low As 6500 Ft By Sunrise. Snow Showers Will
Continue Above 7000 Ft Sunday Before Diminishing Late In The
Day.

* Local Impacts...travel May Become Difficult As Roads Become Snow
Covered And Icy Above 7500 Feet. Beware Of Sudden Drops In
