The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM to 5 PM MST this afternoon.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 111.Fire weather zone
112.Fire weather zone 055.Fire weather zone 056.

* WIND...West Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 30 mph

* HUMIDITY...10% to 15%

* High Fire Danger over the warned area.

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
