* WINDS...Westerly winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph for most areas. A few gusts over 50 mph will be possible along exposed ridgelines.

* IMPACTS...Winds will result in areas of blowing dust and low visibility. Cross winds will create hazardous driving conditions along north-south oriented roads. Unsecured objects may get tossed about.
