112.Fire weather zone 055. 

* WIND...West Southwest winds of 18 to 23 mph.

* HUMIDITY...10% to 15%.

* LOCATION...Hidalgo, southern Dona Ana and El Paso counties. 

* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
