* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Plan on dangerous travel conditions.
Total snow accumulations 6 to 10 inches for locations above
6000 feet with 1 to 5 inches lower elevations.

* WHERE...Upper Gila River Valley, Southern Gila Highlands/Black
Range, Southern Gila Foothills/Mimbres Valley and Eastern
Black Range Foothills.

 WHEN...From Monday evening through early Wednesday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant reductions in visibility are
possible with the visibility falling under a quarter mile over a
few areas. Cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero will cause
frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
