Highlands/Black Range.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 PM MST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.
