MAINTENANCE/ LANDSCAPE MANAGER
For Apartments in Silver City

 Looking for a dependable, self-motivated person who likes the flexibility of a part time job with varied responsibilities to be responsible for maintenance and landscaping at 2 apartment complexes and several other properties.in the Silver City area. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, all holidays off and paid sick time. This position provides growth opportunities as the company expands in the Silver City area. The position is currently 3 days a week.

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for maintaining the grounds, parking lots and interior and exterior repairs and maintenance as needed. This position will report to the Resident Manager. Must be available on short notice for immediate repairs.

Skills required:

Painting, sheet rock repair, plumbing, carpentry and electrical work. Pruning, mowing and other landscaping tasks.
Must be dependable and organized with good communication skills.
