It is getting harder and harder to find some of the stories that I do for my radio show every Saturday morning, specifically stories that are not related to some aspect of the coronavirus. Especially those that are the humorous stories or the stories where we make fun of dumb criminals, Darwin award nominees, or the people that just flat should not be allowed to reproduce. The websites that I have frequented over the years where they collect these type of stories have now turned to focusing on almost exclusively serious news stories about Covid making fun of people who have different opinions than what the politicians and media outlets want you to believe.

And it got me to thinking that this is what it's like living in a Marxist society, a socialist society as Bernie Sanders and his supporters have called it in hopes that you would accept willingly the yoke of oppression they want to place upon the American citizens. People lose their sense of humor partially because of that oppression both economically, politically, and in their personal lives. Much of what we find humorous is considered by the state to be politically incorrect and thus, offensive.

There is also the incentive to report people who violate the state's rules and mandates which further depresses the population. You can't trust your family or friends for fear that they will report you to whichever ministry would have jurisdiction over the way you live your life. We are seeing that right now with people here in Grant County stalking businesses to see if they are complying with the governor's orders. There is a Facebook page where these people gather and can get information as to who is violating the orders and then call the state officials to report them. Or show up at the business to shame them, berate them, and force them to enforce the rules.

Scott Jensen is a state senator in Minnesota and he is also a physician. He is now under investigation by the state Medical Board because he made statements that they deemed to be dangerous to the public's health. Dr. Jensen was speaking about some of the history of this virus. One statement he made is that early on in this pandemic many people thought they had the flu, including medical professionals , which is an accurate factual statement. The state of California warned in November that they were going to experience a serious flu season But it turns out that it was actually the coronavirus.

Dr. Jensen went on to say that we can handle many of the people who contracted the virus in the same way that we handle those who get the flu each year. He went on to say that many of the masks being worn by people to comply with state orders are ineffective , pointing out specifically things like woven scarves or bandanas. He also said that there should be more exceptions to the requirement to wear a mask, if that rule is left in place, because some people can become ill simply by wearing a mask over a long period of time. These are all confirmed and widely held medical opinions. He also pointed out that in the past when we've had infectious diseases such as tuberculosis which is highly contagious we never put a mask on people that were healthy only on those that were infected and we did not see widespread contaminations.

But his opinions contradict those being held by the bureaucrats who are using this pandemic to gain more and more control over our lives. As Dr. Birx said on at least three occasions, she and many others around the world had long wondered if they could control people in the way they have during this pandemic. She was surprised and pleased to find out that they could. If you think the political ruling class has not noticed, you are sorely mistaken.

They have used this to make a test run Free communist society. They are liking their results especially because so many citizens have complied with their orders but also become their enforcement arm. And I have yet to even begin discussing other steps they are taking such as to defund police and other law enforcement agencies and replacing them with their own version of security forces such as BLM security groups or Islamic security forces such as we are seeing in NYC.

We not only have to wake up we have to fight back. We need to support the lawsuits being filed against our state and local governments for infringing upon our constitutional rights. We have to actively promote the medical evidence that contradicts what is being presented by the governmental experts. And most importantly we need to vote. We cannot let the progressive left wing candidates being put forth by the Democrat party at every level gain control. Much of what our governor is doing under the emergency public Health Act is illegal and they know it. If the Democrat party candidates are elected they will change the law to grant that power specifically to the governor and the Department of Health along with much more.

There is no doubt in my mind that we are the majority. There is no doubt in my mind that there is a significant minority pushing these issues, easily less than 5% of our population. But they have fomented fear among the majority. If you disagree with them you are publicly shamed and ridiculed or even threatened with violence. It's time to take back control of our lives and our country.
