President Biden To Announce Americans To Receive Automatic Traffic Fines - Part Three

President Joseph Biden will use his State Of The Union address next week to outline in broad parameters his new system to collect traffic fines. Nuacht Aoir has learned – exclusively – the steps that President Biden will take to implement this new revenue stream for his "Immediate Priorities."

In Part One of this series, Nuacht Aoir detailed that this new system of collections will likely generate large amounts of money for the Federal government. In Part Two of this news series, Nuacht Aoir explained that the new revenue will be used to implement the "Immediate Priorities" of President Biden and how research efforts, policy decisions, and regulations implemented in previous years have made this "voluntary" collections system possible.

In the fine print of the budget to be proposed by President Biden – exclusively reviewed by Nuacht Aoir – details of how the Biden Administration will force this "voluntary" system on the American people are outlined.

Part of this new system will include creation of a new enforcement agency – the EDR Compliance Center. In addition, President Biden will make use of an exception allowed in the U S Constitution to utilize the labor of those Americans that refuse to follow the new regulations.

As the Event Data Recorder in your car or pick-up detects that you have violated one or more traffic laws, the EDR Compliance Center will be informed of your offense. Within a matter of seconds, funds will be debited from your bank account to cover all of the necessary costs of your violation(s).

Those costs include not only the traffic fine(s) assessed by the local governmental entity and/or the state, but also the "modest" convenience fee to be retained by the Federal government. Funds to cover the traffic fine(s) – minus the "modest" processing fees and, if appropriate, the surcharges and service fees – will then be sent directly to the specific local governmental entity and/or state within 90 days.

In the fine print of the budget to be proposed by President Biden, Nuacht Aoir has found several key regulations that will need to be implemented to make this new "voluntary" system work.

Within 10 days of enactment of the proposed budget, all current drivers' licenses will be suspended. While each state will have to cooperate, the fine print in this document to be proposed by the President indicated that only those states that suspend all current drivers' licenses and follow the new regulations will receive any Federal funding for any purpose starting on October 1, 2023; all Federal funding will cease to non-cooperative states as of that date.

Each driver will be able to re-activate their personal driver's license by agreeing to the regulations outlined by the Biden Administration.

Those individual drivers that refuse to agree to the new regulations will lose all driving privileges for a minimum of 5 years. Anyone caught driving without a valid driver's license will be considered in violation of the new regulations and will be immediately sent to a prison operated by the EDR Compliance Center.

As allowed under the 13th Amendment of the United States Constitution, inmates at the prisons operated by the EDR Compliance Center will be required to work as slaves.

Many Americans may not realize that while most forms of slavery were outlawed through the passage of the 13th Amendment, one of the exceptions allowed was that slavery could be used as a punishment for criminals.

According to a document from The United States National Archives and Records Administration, the 13th Amendment of the U S Constitution includes the following language:

"Section 1.
Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction."

"Section 2.
Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."

An aide to President Biden explained that any American that refused to follow the new regulations – regulations that would provide the necessary revenue for President Biden to implement his "Immediate Priorities" – was, by the very definition, a criminal.

"The President believes every American has a duty to follow the regulations of the Federal government," said the Presidential aide. "As others have noted, elections have consequences. We won. Our priorities are now the ones that will lead the United States of America to a progressive future with equality for all and equity for those that others have left behind in the past."

Nuacht Aoir has reviewed the fine print in the document to be proposed by President Biden that details funds will be expended to build new prisons at underground mines to be operated for the benefit of the Federal government in 16 states.

All motor vehicles that do not yet have Event Data Recorders installed will have 90 days to install the devices. Anyone caught driving without an Event Data Recorder will, according to the fine print reviewed, have their motor vehicles confiscated by the local governmental entity and/or the state; the motor vehicle will then be turned over to the EDR Compliance Center for immediate auction.

All drivers will have 10 days to link their Event Data Recorders to their bank accounts. Anyone caught driving without having their bank account linked to their Event Data Recorder will, again according to the fine print reviewed, also have their motor vehicles confiscated by the local governmental entity and/or the state; the motor vehicle will also then be turned over to the EDR Compliance Center for immediate auction.

If there are insufficient funds in a driver's bank account to cover the costs of the traffic fine(s) and associated fees, a lien will be placed on that individual by the EDR Compliance Center. If the individual with the lien does not pay all of the costs due – plus a compliance fee of $500 – within 10 days, a garnishment will be applied to all of their reported income. The garnishment will range from 23% of wages (for residents of states marked with a "D") to 47% of wages (for residents of states designated with a "R").

(As noted in a previous installment of this news series, it is not certain what the "D" and "R" notations reference. New Mexico is designated with a "D"; Texas is marked with a "R" in the fine of the document to be proposed by President Biden.)

Any individual that does not currently have a job or quits a job to avoid the garnishment will be provided with a job by the EDR Compliance Center. Those individuals that refuse the "voluntary" job offered by the EDR Compliance Center will be jailed in prisons operated by the EDR Compliance Center. As noted previously, inmates at these prisons will be considered slaves by the Federal government.

"One of the benefits of these new regulations is that we anticipate a number of Americans will decline to follow them," the Presidential aide noted. "In particular, those that disagree with our Great Leader – President Joe Biden – will then face the consequences of their transgressions. We will deplete the bank accounts of some of them, while others will be jailed and utilized as slave labor."

"Since all of the inmates at the prisons operated by the EDR Compliance Center will be considered felons, many of them will lose their voting rights," the Presidential aide continued. "Those that support President Biden will be more likely to follow the new regulations. Thus, we will continue to gain the support of the majority of American voters in future elections."

The Presidential aide concluded by again stating "Elections have consequences."
