service2019Kathy Terry and Rosalie Saiz- Delivering Christmas presents to residents of El RefugioPreceptor Tau, a local Beta Sigma Phi Chapter, recently finished up the first half of their 2019-2020 year with many service projects. The chapter has collected pull tabs for the Ronald McDonald House in Albuquerque, donated school supplies to area schools, distributed clothing to the migrants in Deming and donated food to two local food pantry projects.

The chapter has also raised money specifically for the Wreaths Across America and were pleased to be able to donate money for 35 wreaths for this year holiday season. A very special project the ladies have is to give Christmas gifts to those who are living at El Refugio. They find this very rewarding to help those in need.

The Chapter is very excited to announce that they have received the bid for the 2020 Beta Sigma Phi New Mexico State Convention, which will be held June 12-14. The ladies will start planning for the upcoming event that looks to be a grand affair. Beta Sigma Phi from all over the state attend the 3-day event.
