EMT personnel at hospital location were all smiles with unexpected treat.

A local Silver City restaurant Los Victor's located on 901 Hudson St recognized our local first responders early last week, by distributing tasty breakfast burritos to the police, fire departments and the EMTs. The police dispatch office also got a surprise visit.

Practicing social distancing, a dispatch employee was shouting thanks and gratitude from behind the counter.

A Los Victor's restaurant employee delivering the treats was met with surprise and gratitude, being quick to comment that "not enough credit is given to the first responders who face daily risks, putting their lives in danger to serve us, the public." Further stating that "the treats are a small way to say thank you for what you do every day."
