State District 39 Rep. Luis Terrazas recognized the challenge with a legislative proclamation.
"The Great Kindness Challenge at CES was a great success," Cruz said. "Many teachers and students commented on what a wonderful week it was and how kind everyone was. They felt that this was exactly what our school needed, especially in light of the last few school years and dealing with the pandemic. Students also made cards for other students and staff members and a door decorating contest was held."
Representative Luis Terrazas recognized Central Elementary School for their participation in the Great Kindness Challenge.
