Input Used to Improve Customer Satisfaction

Silver City -- The staff of the Silver City Public Library are seeking public input via brief surveys, as well as two public meetings to gather important information about how library services may be improved to better serve library users.  Prior survey responses resulted in the creation of a dedicated teen space at the library, as well as a dramatic increase in the availability of a diverse range of digital resources. Library patrons may fill out a hard-copy survey at the library.

"We regularly gather feedback from the community, and take that information to heart,” said Lillian Galloway, assistant library director and outreach librarian. “We hope that community members will take a few moments to respond to our survey and attend one of the upcoming meetings, so that we can truly understand how to improve our services.”

The link to the survey is https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JVMNTDL, and may be accessed on the library's web page at silvercitypubliclibrary.org. Public meetings will be held Saturday, February 4, from 10:00 am to noon, and on Thursday, February 9, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm.

These meetings may also be accessed using Zoom.

Additional information about survey is also available on the library's blog at https://silvercitypubliclibrary.org/2023/01/19/community-meetings-scheduled-survey-still-open/
