The Town of Silver City Historic Design Review Committee will hold a regular meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, in the Community Development Department at the City Hall Annex/Washington Federal building, 1203 N. Hudson St., Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda are:

Approval of Minutes –August 28, 2019 regular meeting

Public Hearings: MU 19-02:– Mural Permit Application for the Silver City Antique Mall at 205 West Broadway by the Mimbres Region Arts Council. Diana Ingalls-Leyba is the applicant’s representative.

New Business: HD 19-20 Certificate of Compliance for the exterior modification of the commercial property addressed as 214 North Bullard Street, Silver City, NM. The applicant is the owner, Todd Shelby.

HD 19-21 Certificate of Compliance for the exterior modification of the residential property addressed as 401 West 7th Street, Silver City, NM. The applicant is the owner, Margaret Knox.

HD 19-22 Certificate of Compliance for the exterior modification of the residential property addressed as 110 College Avenue, Silver City, NM. The applicant is the owner, Rohan Stites.
