The Town of Silver City Historic Design Review Committee will hold a regular meeting at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2019, in the Community Development Department at the City Hall Annex/Washington Federal building, 1203 N. Hudson St., Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend.

Approval of Minutes –September 25, 2019 regular meeting
New Business: 1) HD 19-24 Certificate of Compliance for the exterior modification of the residential property addressed as 305 N Black Street, Silver City, NM. The applicants are the owners, Julie Abigail Green and Anne Walker, and 2) HD 19-25 Certificate of Compliance for the demolition of the vacant residence on the residential property addresses as 310 West Gila Street, Silver City, NM. The applicant is the owner, Linda Iversen.
