The Town of Silver City Council will hold a regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:

A. Approval / Disapproval of a Special Dispenser Permit and waiver of NMSA 1978 60-6B-10 for alcohol service near a church for the Power & Light Holiday Market on December 5, 2019 with alcohol service from 5 pm to 9 pm at 601 N. Bullard, Silver City, NM. Liquor License Holder: Dahl Enterprises LLC, DBA Q’s Southern Bistro, LLC, Liquor License # 28098, 101 W. College Ave., Silver City, NM 88061.
B. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2019-42: A Resolution granting authority to execute a Loan/Grant Agreement and supporting documents between the Town of Silver City and the Colonias Infrastructure Board for Ridge Road improvements.
