LEGAL NOTICE
The Town of Silver City Council will a Regular Council Meeting on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. The agenda will include:
Approval of Minutes – Regular Meeting on Nov. 26, 2019
New Business –

A. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2020-01: Open Meetings.
B. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2020-02: a Resolution amending the approved and adopted
budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 and for the municipal
purpose in the Town of Silver City, NM, transferring and appropriating funds thereof.
C. Approval / Disapproval of Resolution No. 2020-03: a Resolution temporarily amending the approved
and adopted budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 and for
municipal purpose in the Town of Silver City, NM, transferring and appropriating funds thereof.
D. Appointment to Municipal Museum Community Advisory Group.
E. Discussion and vote to reschedule the January 28, 2020 Regular Council meeting to Thursday,
January 23, 2020 at 6:00 pm at the Grant County Administration Center.
