NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 Qualifications-based competitive sealed proposals for construction services will be received by the

Contracting Agency: City of Bayard, PO Box 728, 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023

for RFP No.WW-1 2020.

The Contracting Agency is requesting proposals for CONSTRUCTION SERVICES for Project No. WW-1 2020 Bayard Wastewater Treatment Plant Sludge Dewatering Facilities. Proposals will be received at City of Bayard 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023 until, Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. MST.

Electronic copies of this Request for Proposal can be obtained at no cost by emailing: cityclerk@cityofbayardnm.com, a printed copy of this Request for Proposal can be reviewed at the City of Bayard City Hall at 800 Central Avenue, Bayard, NM 88023. In addition to the Request for Proposal’s, copies of the Contract Documents may be obtained at the Issuing Office, Academy Reprographics, located at __8900-N San Mateo, NE 87113 _ upon payment of $150.00 for each set. All checks to be made payable to the OWNER, the City of Bayard. Cash will not be accepted.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will not be held.
