1. Resolution 2020-08 A Resolution Declaring A Public Health Emergency in accordance with NMSA 1978, 121 OA-5 of the Public Health Emergency Response Act, and hereby request all available assistance from State and Federal resources in addressing damages incurred. This proclamation is necessary to minimize the spread and adverse impacts of the COVID-19 in the Village of Santa Clara, Grant County New Mexico.
2. Resolution 2020-09 A Resolution to Vacating the North 1.50 feet of Boulder Street, adjoining Lot 11 in Block 32 of Central Townsite, Village of Santa Clara, Grant County, New Mexico.
