Bayard Municipal Utility

The City of Bayard has received funding under the CARES Act Relief Fund for Utility Assistance Grants. The utility assistance grants are available to municipal utility account holders that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Applications are available on the Bayard website at www.cityofbayardnm.com ; under the Community page.
