LEGAL NOTICE

The Bayard City Council will conduct a work session on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 1:30 p.m., with a Regular Council Meeting at 2:00 p.m.   Attendance of City Council members will be in person and virtually with public attendance via Zoom.  A Closed Session may be held pursuant to 10-15-1 (H-2) for personnel – Maintenance Department.

The agenda may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the City Clerk’s Office or viewed online at www.cityofbayardnm.com.   

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Emergency declared by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham and the limits on the number of persons gathering, except for essential functions, the public may attend by virtual presence.  The public may register for the Regular City Council Meeting at https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_oC0Ig8daSymCz1ABINbOxw.  It may be viewed live on the City’s Facebook Account https://www.facebook.com/bayardnewmexico/.

Public input will be via email and comments must be submitted prior to the meeting. Comments may be emailed to cityclerk@cityofbayardnm.com with Public Comment April 12, 2021 noted in the subject line.

The next regularly scheduled City Council meeting will be held on April 26, 2021.
