The Council of the Town of Hurley will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, July 26, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at the Hurley Town Hall at 101 Cortez Avenue in Hurley, New Mexico with a Closed Session pursuant to NMSA 1978, Section 10-15-1 (H)(2) for items listed: Discussion of Personnel Matters – Police Department, Discussion/Action – Possible disciplinary action concerning Town of Hurley Police Officer, Approval of Resolution No. 1-2021/2022 – FY 2020/2021 4th Quarter Budget Adjustments, Approval of Resolution No. 2-2021/2022 – FY 2020/2021 Final Quarter Financial Report, Approval of Resolution No. 3-2021/2022 – FY 2021/2022 Budget Adoption. This meeting is open to the public and residents may attend. The meeting will also be held remotely via Zoom and in compliance with the NM Open Meetings Act.
