LEGAL NOTICE

The Silver Consolidated School District will hold a public auction on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:00 AM, MDT. The auction will be held in the Silver Consolidated Schools Warehouse parking lot located at 2570 N. Silver Street, Silver City, NM.
The equipment is offered in "as is" condition.

Bid documents may be obtained the morning of the auction at the Warehouse location. The gates will be opened at 7:00 AM for preview of auction materials. The items will be auctioned as stated and will not be divided. Bids will be awarded in the best interest of the District. The bidder is responsible for retrieving the awarded items the day of the auction. The successful bidder must pay for the materials awarded at the end of the auction.
