NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Code Enforcement for the Town of Silver City has determined that on April 12, 2022 the above-referenced property is in violation of Section 32, Town of Silver City Code of Ordinances, and is declared to be a public nuisance.

The violation must be corrected, causing the property to be cleaned and cleared, on or before 14 days from the last date of publication of this notice, which shall run once a week for two consecutive weeks.
You have the right to request a hearing, on any issue regarding this notice, before the Town Council with the request to be in writing and filed with the town clerk within 10 days from the last date of publication of this notice. Written request for hearing may be delivered to the town clerk at the Town Hall, 101 W. Broadway, Silver City, or mailed to Town Clerk, P.O. Box 1188, Silver City, NM 88062. The request must include your name, mailing address, and telephone number. You may call 575-534-6364 with any questions. You may wish to consult an attorney.
If you fail to correct the nuisance in the time specified in this notice, and fail to request a hearing in the time specified in the notice, then the town may abate the nuisance causing the property to be cleared and cleaned, and assess the cost against the offender.
