quarter financial report for TWWA

the TWWA and the Southwest New Mexico Council of Governments
   g. Approval/Disapproval of the preparation of Request for Proposals
for contract legal services and authorization to solicit for legal

        i. Crime/Fidelity- $1,227 per year
        ii. Pollution Liability-$9,971 per year
       iii. Directors and Officers Liability-$11,012.05 per year
       iv. Total with financing-$22,210.05 $6,302.51 down payment
   i. Approval/Disapproval of spending up to $30,000 to purchase and
install a new Moyno sewer pump to replace the damaged one.
    j. Approval/Disapproval of opening negotiations with the Town of
Silver City, New Mexico to develop a new water and wastewater agreement between the Town of Silver City and the TWWA.
       i. Creation of a special committee of Tyrone property owners to establish a sliding rate schedule for water usage to support the costs related to potable water system improvements.
      ii. Discussion: TWWA does not receive any income from the sale of water to Tyrone residents under the current agreement with the Town of Silver City. (Refer to attached state-wide water usage charges). The Colonias grant requires documentation that we can fund our share of the grant.

solicit funds from federal and state agencies
