LEGAL NOTICE
SPECIAL MEETING – September 20, 2022
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 20, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov. If you are an individual with a disability in need of a reader, amplifier, qualified sign language interpreter or any other form of auxiliary aide or service to attend or participate in the hearing or meeting, please contact the Grant County Manager at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico at least one (1) week prior to the meeting or as soon as possible. The meeting will be livestreamed on the County Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/GrantCountyNM/ and available later as a recording on the County's website at www.grantcountynm.gov.

• During this portion of our meeting, we welcome your suggestions and want to hear your concerns. This is not a question and answer period; speakers will be limited to five (5) minutes. d. Consideration of ARPA Allocation Request from Hidalgo Medical Services in the amount of $9,900.00.
VII. Agreements
e. Consideration of Agreement No. A-22-17; Work and Financial Plan with the United States Department of Agriculture/Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service/Wildlife Services for the Integrated Wildlife Damage Management Program for FY23 in the amount of $26,500.00.
f. Consideration of Agreement No. A-22-30; Junior Bill Appropriation Agreement with the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration for the maintenance of Bataan Memorial Park in the amount of $60,000.00.
