(The Colonias Infrastructure Fund is requiring this formalized commitment to incur additional debt prior to moving ahead with the project to design and engineer a new potable water system.)

    c. Approval/Disapproval of Resolution 2023-05 requesting planning funds from the New Mexico Finance Authority to solicit bids to analyze the condition of the sewer lines within the Tyrone Townsite using video scoping technology.
