The Town of Silver Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 6pm on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at the Grant County Administration Building, Commissioners' Meeting Room, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, NM. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda are:
Approval of Minutes: September 6, 2022 Regular Meeting
Public Hearing: ZC 22-01: Request for a Zone Change, for a tract of land, from Residential B-2 to Highway Commercial described as: subd: PLATA VISTA Block: 16 Lot: 6 AND: -Lot: 7 E2'Lot 6 .117 Acres. Property addressed as 1915 Gold Street, Silver City, NM. The applicant is Robert Grunstein.
