LEGAL NOTICE

The Town of Silver City's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at 6:00 PM. at the Grant County Administration Center, 1400 Hwy 180 East, Silver City, New Mexico. The public is invited to attend. Action items on the agenda are:
Approval of Minutes of the regular meeting held on November 1, 2022.

New Business: Public Hearing: ZC 22-03: A request for a Map Amendment/Zone Change from split-zoned Residential B-2 and Industrial to Industrial for 6 tracts of land described as: Subd: FRASER Block: 149 Lot: 2 AND:- Lot: 4 E40' SILVER STREET ADJOINING LOTS 2,4 0.218 AC & Subd: FRASER Block: 149 Lot: 6 AND:- Lot: 8 E40' SILVER STREET ADJOINING LOTS 6 8 0.218 AC; the property is addressed as 502 N. Silver St, Silver City, New Mexico. The applicant is Richard Mata. CU 22-02: A request for a Conditional Use Permit for property addressed as 601 N. Bullard St - Suite D, Silver City, New Mexico for production, sale, and consumption as a brewery. This use is allowed in a Commercial Historic Zoning District with a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant is OpenSpace Brewing, owner Alexa Tubbs. CU 22-03: A request for a Conditional Use Permit for property addressed as 2335 Sheriff's Posse Rd, Silver City, New Mexico for an RV park. This use is allowed in a Commercial Zoning District with a Conditional Use Permit. The applicant is Wait…What Holding Co, owner Robert Rydeski.
