Due to low response to invitation, Silver Consolidated Schools is re-issuing invitation for bids.
Notice is hereby given that the Purchasing Agent for Silver Consolidated Schools District No. 1, will receive in her office at 2810 N. Swan Street, Silver City, New Mexico 88061, up to but no later than 2:00 PM, MST, Monday, April 10, 2023 sealed bids for:

G.W. Stout Fire Alarm System Equipment Replacement

Bids will be receipted upon delivery to the Business Office at 2810 N. Swan Street and the vendor is asked to keep the receipt as proof of delivery. Any bids received after the opening date will be returned unopened.
All bids shall be clearly and distinctly printed or typed without erasures or interlineation and unit cost and total amount of each numbered item(s) and the grand total carried out. All bids are to be submitted on the forms provided by this office; otherwise, they will not be considered.
All necessary permits, equipment and materials are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor will provide a current copy of their Contractor's License. The work will be completed as indicated in the general plans and specifications. Envelopes containing bids must be marked plainly, "2022-2023-06 G.W. Stout Fire Alarm System Equipment Replacement"

A Representative so authorized must sign bids. Bidders name shall be
typed or printed on each bid sheet.
The Board of Education of the Silver Consolidated School District No. 1 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all items upon which prices are quoted and to waive any irregularities contained in the bid.
