Special Meeting – April 13, 2023 

The Gila Regional Medical Center Governing Board – a New Mexico governing body organized pursuant to the Hospital Funding Act - will convene in a Special Meeting to discuss and approve the Governing Board Bylaws. The meeting will take place on Thursday April 13, 2023, immediately following the Grant County Commission meeting that will be held at 9:00 a.m. The meeting will take place in the Commission Meeting Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061.  The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from JoAnn Holguin, Executive Assistant to the CEO, Margie Molitor in the GRMC Administration Office (575-538-4098) or viewed online at www.grmc.org.  The meeting may be viewed live on the County's YouTube Channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCszkwc1-OF36U2F-TLNWf5Q or later as a recording on the County's website at www.grantcountynm.gov. Public input will be accepted both in person or via email submitted prior to the meeting. Comments may be emailed to publicinput@grmc.org with Public Comment noted in the subject line.
