LEGAL NOTICE
Executive Session – April 4, 2023
The Grant County Board of Commissioners will convene in a Closed Executive Session on Tuesday, April 4, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. in the Red Room at the Grant County Administration Center located at 1400 Highway 180 East, Silver City, NM 88061. This Meeting will be closed to the public pursuant to the New Mexico Open Meetings Act Section 10-15-1(H)(9) Strategic & Long Range Business Planning. The agenda for this meeting may be altered up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the meeting; copies can be obtained from the County Manager's Office or viewed online at www.grantcountynm.gov.
The tentative agenda is as follows:
