The Rotary Club of Silver City is proud to present William Florian, with his nationally acclaimed show 'Those Were the Days ' in concert on Sunday, May 3rd at 7:00 at the Fine Arts Center, Western NM University. Proceeds from this concert will fund Rotary contributions to local charitable and educational organizations.

With 'Those Were the DaysTM', William, former lead singer of the famous folk group The New Christy Minstrels, takes you on an upbeat, musical journey of Americas greatest songs of the 60's. An engaging combination of musician and storyteller, William blends wonderful music with humor and memories. Along with hit songs he sang with The New Christy Minstrels and a special tribute to John Denver, he brings Peter Paul & Mary, Pete Seeger, The Mamas & The Papas, Bob Dylan and others to the concert stage.

Tickets to the event will cost $15 for adults and $5 for young people under the age of 17. Tickets will be available at Alotta Gelato in Silver City or from any Rotary Club member.
