 n daily life can be challenging but hope can be found with awareness, self-
 care and stress management techniques. Valerie Kling, a Prevention Speciali
 st from the Center for Health Innovation, has a passion for prevention and 
 helping others thrive through meaningful discussion. \n  Kling will touch o
 n the topics of dealing with stress in modern America, and the effects of t
 his stress on physical and emotional wellness. She’ll discuss the importanc
 e of self-care, modern day stress management techniques and the importance 
 of prevention.\nKling will also emphasize the importance of medication lock
 up, safe disposal, and general medication safety.\nValerie Kling is a preve
 ntion specialist currently employed for the Center for Health Innovation, a
  local non-profit and public health institute. The program she supports loc
 ally is called the Youth Substance Awareness and Prevention Coalition. In h
 er previous career, Kling was a respiratory therapist of 6+ years who has w
 orked in a variety of critical care settings.\nShe has her undergraduate de
 gree in public health and is pursuing her graduate degree in social work. K
 ling has a passion for prevention and helping others thrive through meaning
 ful discussion. Her presentation pertains to the 6th UU principle stating, 
 “The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all.”\nTh
 ere are speakers on the patio if you wish to enjoy the service outside.\nUU
 FSC Safety Protocol as pursuant to our most recent UUA Guidelines:\nWe will
  not be serving food or drinks in the building until further notice. Masks 
 will still need to be worn at all times indoors and out, except when eating
