Victorian Christmas

Thursday, December 12, from 5:00-8:00pm, Silver City Museum. 

Decorations, costumed characters will transport guests to Christmas Past. Live holiday and other traditional music, Christmas cookies and warm spiced cider, ornament making, puppet show, and visit with Father Christmas. Bring a wrapped gift for Ebenezer’s Exchange or buy one at the Museum Store. Admission & all activities are free, $5 suggested donation.

The Legend of Our Lady Guadalupe

Saturday, December 7, 10-11:30am at The Silco Theatre

In honor of the upcoming Feast Day of regional Catholic icon the Virgin of Guadalupe, a.k.a. Our Lady of Guadalupe, the Silver City Museum presents local aficionado and "Guadalupara" Della Acosta. Ms. Acosta will relate the fabulous story and rich symbolism behind this beloved figure.
