Carnitas, Musica Y Mas is an organization that does a Labor Day weekend Fiesta with a variety of cultural musical events. The organization is also interested in helping other organizations with the events in Grant County.

The next Carnitas Musica Y Mas Fiesta will begin on September 2, 2022, at Gough Park in Silver City, NM. The event is a three- day event starting Friday and ending on Sunday. There will be live music, car show, food vendors, games, beer garden, and a dance contest.
