THE OVERALL USA SUMMARY - November 12, 2022:

As a general rule, COVID, FLU, and RSV weekly cases rose, as did positivity. Read on for more details.

Weekly US covid new cases and beds in use rose, deaths fell, and admissions oscillated [page 5, 7, 8, 25]
Three new covid sub variants BQ.1, BQ.1.1 and BF.7 continued to rise [page 34]
Weekly Influenza cases have rapidly risen for the 10th week [page 38, 39]
Weekly RSV cases rose in AZ, CO, TX, and NM [page 40, 41, 42]
Weekly Monkeypox cases are very low and continued to fall even lower this week [page 43]

OUR LOCAL GEOGRAPHIC AREA (Grant County):

Grant County Week on Week covid cases oscillated [page 5, 16, 22]
Silver City and Bayard covid week on week cases rose, Hurley fell [page 17, 18]. Grant County covid hospital admissions were 0, but covid ED visits rose [page 23]. Deaths in Grant County 0, Luna 0, Sierra 0, Dona Ana 1 [page 15].

OUR STATE (New Mexico):

NM week on week cases this week rose; positivity rose, and NM hospital bed usage rose [page 13, 14, 24]

NEIGHBORING STATES:

AZ, NM, TX cases, beds, and positivity rose. CO cases fell, but positivity and beds rose [page 9, 10, 11]
