The Copper Cowbelles and the Grant County Extension Office helped with the Rodeo Kickoff this morning at the Farmers' Market.
Two demonstrations showed how to churn butter from cream, and how to cook with a Dutch Oven and hot coals. Also on hand was information about the health benefits of beef. Musicians and poets entertained those who stopped to see what was happening.
