Photographer Dave Schuhmann sent this message along with his photos taken July 1, 2016.

He said: "It was raining today, we got there about the usual time of around 1130 a.m. Rain didn't stop us from covering the scene. Nobody else around except for one man who was loading debris into a dump truck and the driving the truck. Left the front loader running while he was gone. Building is almost gone. There is no evidence of what became of the small penthouse on the roof.  There was one of them on each roof, which I had not noticed before. It could have been a place for mainenance people to work on systems that were on the roof. I think that complex was state of the art in 1922 and probably very advanced but had really gotten out-of-date and would have been impossible to upgrade to today's medical systems that are built in."
