Because of the COVID-19 outbreak in the state of New Mexico and the shutdown of school buildings for the remainder of SY19-20, Silver Consolidated Schools will be transitioning to our Summer Breakfast/Lunch Program for the remainder of the building closures. “Grab and Go” hot meal distribution (for both breakfast and lunch) will begin on April 6, 2020 from 10AM to 12PM from the following locations until May 22, 2020:

G.W. Stout Elementary Loading Dock (off Silver Street)
Tyrone Community Center (off of Malachite Avenue)
Pinos Altos Volunteer Fire Department Parking Lot
Cliff Schools
El Grito Early Learning Center (303 South Cooper Street)

Further information may be forthcoming on the locations that may be added and times for distribution so keep abreast of the schedules and potential changes at www.silverschools.org .

In addition, the continuous learning activities for the district will launch on April 6, 2020, with additional information of activities and schedules to be released later this week. Communication will be made through multiple measures including District Facebook, District webpage as well as the School Messenger phone system.
