Southwest New Mexico Council of Governments Executive Director Priscilla Lucero, who serves on the Colonias Infrastructure Board, which is part of the New Mexico Finance Authority, announced the recipients of the latest round of Colonias Infrastructure Fund awards at the meeting May 20, 2021. Grant County entities received more than $3.5 million of the more than $26 million allocated.
