Criminal trespass warning
Stewart Street
Caller is calling on behalf of his mother in regard to issuing a named individual a CTW. Officer had negative contact.

Los Campos
Caller is very irate stating he called NMSP and is waiting for them and doesn’t want to speak with an officer. Officer advised might have to tow vehicle to get him off the property.

Bayard Elementary School
Male was being destructive in the classroom and is running from staff in the hallway. Student is now in the nurse’s office but has not calmed down.

Criminal trespass warning
1101 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised that a named individual is harassing another named individual at work. Officer had contact advising subject was issued an indefinite CTW for all W&N Enterprises.

Officer advised everything is okay with a named male.

Small child with pink jacket/male and female arguing badly.

Hot pursuit
North/Rosemary
Walnut to Grant to Highway 180 – speed 45-50 mph. This was for failure to yield. Highway 180 @ MM 122 (between Highway 152 and Bayard) – speed 65-70. Still traveling on westbound Highway 180 on right side of median. 75 mph. Right now on Highway 152 approaching MM 1 – now 75-80.

Intoxicated persons
TGI Pizza
Female who is very intoxicated. Officer had contact advising female is going to leave the property.

Thursday, May 9

Unwanted subject
Bayard Little League – 6:15 p.m.
A named individual is harassing the umpire. Officer advised he did not remove the male from the baseball field but advised him if there is another call about him he is going to kick him out of the baseball field. Caller advising male is still there causing problems.

Caller advised the male is still there causing problems and caller wants him removed from the property this time. Officer tried calling back and had negative contact/advised that the first caller wanted a CTW for the male only for the day.

Hurley Street
Caller advised a male has been knocking on her neighbor’s door/he has been there off and on all day and can hear the female yelling for him to go away. Officer advised male left prior to arrival but does have indefinite CTW for the entire property.

Domestic disturbance
Romero Avenue
Caller advised he and his wife are fighting and wife is not letting him leave/not physical just verbal/he will be outside/she is following him outside. Officer had contact advising everything is okay.

Arizona Street
Son is being violent/locked self inside room/possibly took medications in jail. Officer had contact advising nothing physical took place/he is on an ankle monitor and cannot leave the residence. Advised he does have somewhere else to stay for tonight if he is allowed and does not violate/parents went to locate a cousin in Arenas Valley.

A 13-year-old female has not been going to school/known instability in the home/caller suspects drug use in the home/attempted contact but no one answered the door.

Hurley Elementary
Caller advised her son just returned home advising some other children tried to beat him up. Caller advised they are 10-years-old and they are still near the basketball courts.

Burglary
S. Bayard Street
A named individual broke into the house through the window and threw caller against the wall and stole her son’s cell and their P.O. Box key. Caller stated she will have her granddaughter take her to the doctor.

Ongoing issue between two families. Officer advised negative contact to voicemail/going to respond to address.

S. Bayard Street
Caller advised a male with flashlight in the alley is digging through the neighbor’s trash. Officer had negative contact.
