A named male is on scene and she has a restraining order against him/he’s knocking on the windows/he’s on foot. Deputy advised that one deputy will be at the address and two more will be checking area/advised negative contact.

Welfare check
Santa Rita Mine Road
Caller advised that a female in a house near hers leaves a baby and the baby cries all day and night. Deputy en route to a residence on Santa Rita Mine Road.

Domestic disturbance
Bear Grass Lane – 12:10 p.m.
Caller advised that her 15-year-old brother just kicked her mom twice/he is in his room at this time/mom doesn’t need medical attention.

Battery
Comanche Street – Silver Acres
Caller advised her step-daughter pushed her yesterday. Upon caller’s request deputy advised she could look into a CTW or a restraining order for the step-daughter.

Box Canyon Road – Cliff
Caller needs Medicaid card or social from a named female and a named male for their child caller is watching. Deputy advised female has a warrant for failure to appear, bond to be set, out of Judge Laney’s court and the male has three FTA warrants, two out of Judge Laney’s court and one out of Judge Grijalva’s court, all bond to be set.

13-year-old caller advising her 15-year-old brother stole a tablet and his mom tried to take it from him and he pushed her to the ground and kicked her/she is okay/he’s in his bedroom now yelling and calling her names/he also kicked her little brother.

Tuesday, Nov. 19

Unwanted subject
Mountain View Drive
Caller advised that her daughter is at her house getting things and caller wants her removed. Deputy advised negative on any CTWs/female left prior to arrival.

Larceny
North Hurley Road
Caller advised she can hear someone trying to steal the wood. Deputy had negative contact with anyone in the area/will patrol the area for a little bit.

Domestic disturbance
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised her boyfriend just hit her/she is at the landlord’s house/he is still at the residence/caller refused medical. Deputy has one female in custody.

Welfare check
Cottonwood Road
A named female is not answering her phone and son needs to be picked up at Jose Barrios. Officer called back advising grandma picked up child.

Reckless driver
Highway 152 – MM 12
Westbound green Chevy truck advised to have crossed the centerline multiple times and ran stop sign at Acklin Hill/one occupant and bags of trash in back. Deputy went traffic at Highway 180 and 32nd Street Bypass.

Highway 180 – MM 127 (Hurley)
Caller advised a Silver Schools bus is speeding, trying to pass vehicles almost going head-on. Deputy went traffic with bus at Griffin’s.

Welfare check
Cherry Creek Campground
Caller has not heard from her parents since Sunday who are supposed to be camped here/they are from Iowa in a beige RV/mom is diabetic. Deputy on scene at Cherry Creek/made contact with one camper who did not see an RV matching that description.

Wednesday, Nov. 20

Fraud/embezzlement
Highway 35 – Lake Roberts
Caller advised he received a message from AOL requesting payment/caller bought four gift cards at $500 each. Caller reported a scam case occurring yesterday, Nov. 19, at around 8 p.m. He advised he was scammed for four gift cards of $500 each. Deputy spoke with caller and did an informational report for this incident/at this moment clear.

Criminal damage to property
North Hurley Chino Mine entrance
Mine Security advised gate was possibly cut. Deputy advised Mine Security did advise this is old damage to the locks.

Game and Fish
N. Swan Street
Dead deer on side of road. Deputy had contact with dead deer guy.

Reckless driver
Lance Drive and Vicente Place
Silver Dodge SUV that ran the stop arm on the school bus/female driver about five minutes ago/driver possibly lives in Tyrone. Deputy went traffic with vehicle at Fox Field.

Welfare check
W. Highway 180 and W. Market Street
Caller advised that three very small children are walking on the highway headed west/one female and two males all wearing heavy coats/no adults in area. Deputy advised clear from location/kids were picked up by an approved adult.

Burglary
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Advised someone broke into the residence/that he went inside the residence/the back door was broken out/his bedroom was ransacked as well/no weapons were taken. Deputy had contact with caller.

An individual was issued an indefinite CTW for Cliff schools.

Harassment
Camino Tolteca – Tyrone – 9:15 p.m.
Neighbor has been harassing her because of an outside porch light. Caller is playing music/neighbor yelled at caller earlier. Deputy spoke to both parties and advised them of the quiet hours. Female neighbor was very uncooperative and was advised to stop harassing her neighbor about her porch light/music was turned off for the night.

Camino Tolteca – Tyrone – 10:10 p.m.
Caller said that a named female is walking door to door banging on people’s doors. Second caller advising that the female is banging on her doors and windows. Deputy had negative contact with female/she would not come to the door/units clear.
