Empire Street
Caller from Arizona stated that nephew’s girlfriend is calling her mother and harassing her and her nephew is causing problems as well.

Welfare check
S. Franey Street – 10 p.m.
Caller hasn’t heard from an 87-year-old male on hospice since 7 p.m. Officer had contact with the male and he was okay. The hospice provider did not have her phone with her and that is why she failed to answer when caller called.

Larceny
Oak Street
Caller advised someone stole their dog from their yard. They found their dog with a lady who advised she bought the dog off of someone. Caller advised they have the dog back but had to pay the lady who bought the dog.

Welfare check
S. Franey Street
Caller advised a named female just lost her son and she is not answering her phone/she might be in Las Cruces with her daughter. Caller requests if officer has contact with her, if they can have her call caller in reference to her son’s equipment.

Battery
Runnels Drive
Caller advised a named female just pushed her daughter down/daughter got her feelings hurt and it is not okay/daughter is 10-years-old. 10-year-old daughter is on the phone now stated the female got on top of her mother and started to choke her.

1401 Tom Foy Blvd.
Caller advised that a white car is parked in the driveway of the ATM with two subjects in it. Officer advised vehicle is leaving.

NMSP dispatch called advising that a named female is being harassed via phone. Officer spoke to both parties.

Domestic disturbance
Cortez Avenue
Caller advised a named male just hit her. Officer advised male has barricaded himself in the bedroom/male in protective custody.

Disturbance
Nevada Avenue
Caller advised she is in danger/was whispering on the phone and hard to understand. Stated something about her uncle and her mom saying someone was going to kill her then disconnected the line. Officer advised everything is okay.

E. Maple Street
Caller advised that her father just stated to her that he was going to kill himself this morning/father is talking to a friend/caller does not feel safe/her mother passed away/friends left the house/father is in a different room.
