Camino Tolteca – Tyrone
Caller advised she is getting harassing phone calls from a named female/she keeps calling and won’t stop. Deputy had contact with the named female.

Harassment
Highway 35 – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised he just broke up with a named female and she is now threatening to kill him and all his livestock/it’s happening over the phone. Caller called back advising he wants someone to get there now as he is getting more threats and is now afraid for his life/he is armed. Deputy advised will be clear from the residence, en route to other party’s house.

Tuesday, Dec. 3

Vehicle burglary
Fort Bayard Medical Center
Caller advised an employee went on a bank run and someone broke into the vehicle and took the bank bag. Caller called back advising the bank bag was found.

Aggravated assault
Rio de Arenas Mobile Home Park
Caller advised that a named male pulled a handgun out on tenants then left in a tan SUV eastbound on Highway 180. Deputy had contact with suspect in assault/went back to trailer park

Welfare check
Rio de Arenas Mobile Home Park
Caller advised a 2-year-old male in blue pajamas is running around the road area and a 1-year-old female in a diaper and shirt is playing by a camper. Deputy had contact with a female who advised they aren’t her kids but gave directions to whom they might belong.

Larceny
Cuprite Court – Tyrone
Caller advised that someone siphoned gas from her vehicle. Officer had contact with caller and requested extra patrol.

Disturbance
Truck Bypass
Caller advised people are screaming/they are revving their engines. Deputy had negative contact.

Wednesday, Dec. 4

Welfare check
W. Highway 180 and Oakwood Avenue
Caller advised an individual was walking toward Cliff not wearing shoes, just socks. Deputies out with the named female/clear.

Suspicious vehicle
Highway 180 – MM 134 (3 miles south of Grant County Airport Road)
Caller advised a white van has been following her closely since Deming/she does not feel safe going home/is stopping at Gateway.

Welfare check
Cottonwood Road
Caller advised that her mother’s phone has not been working all day/she is 96-years-old and lives alone. Deputy had contact with the mother and her phone was not working/deputy will give daughter a call to let her know the phone lines are down in the area.

Request officer
W. Highway 180 – Cliff
Caller advised that a named male took her wallet and child support and left toward Silver in a silver Dodge RAM. Deputy went traffic with vehicle at MM 108 (2 miles north of Truck Bypass junction)/explained to the male why he was stopped and the call dispatch received from his wife.

Domestic disturbance
Lost Spring Road – Upper Mimbres
Caller advised that his mother was hitting him and grabbing him/he threw his mother’s phone/they were arguing about his mother sending money to a boyfriend in another county/they are both looking for the cell phone caller threw into the weeds. Deputy had contact with both parties/clear.

Welfare check
Camino Tolteca – Tyrone
Caller advised that daughter is threatening suicide/she is intoxicated. Deputy had contact with daughter at bottom of Camino Tolteca/she is okay/she has been drinking but no thoughts of suicide/clear.

Welfare check

Parents are elderly and have health problems. Deputy had contact with both parents/everything is okay.

Accident-property damage
Racetrack Road – Arenas Valley
Deputy advised 15-year-old female with back pain.
