Harassment
Highway 61 – Lower Mimbres
Caller advised that she received threatening phone calls from a number claiming to be U.S. Marshals. Caller demanded a deputy go to her house, not just a phone call. Deputy had contact advising caller advised that someone has been threatening her via text and is out to get her family.

Domestic disturbance
Kirkland Road – Arenas Valley
Caller advised that she is having problems with her 18-year-old daughter/verbal only/they are separated in different rooms.

Suspicious vehicle
Fort Bayard Maintenance
Two vehicles near maintenance/white car and dark colored car/subjects are standing around the vehicles now. Deputy on scene advising out with two vehicles/one is a black Mustang/everything is okay/one male and one female watching the stars.

Saturday, Jan. 18

Welfare check
Oakwood Avenue
Caller is getting threats from his ex-wife/ex-wife stated she is going to caller’s parents’ house to look for her/wants to make sure her parents’ house is okay.

Harassment
E. Highway 180
Caller said that a named female has been harassing her on social media via text that she has her child and that she won’t give her back.

Harassment
Mimbres Yucca Drive – Upper Mimbres
Walk-in advised a named individual has been harassing walk-in for the past three days/advised he was supposed to sell her a dog and ended up not selling her a dog/she then stole a dog but gave it back. When walk-in was trying to leave his residence earlier she blocked him in his driveway. (Gender of individuals is uncertain)

Welfare check
Artcher Road
Someone called caller from an Artcher Road address/she called caller screaming and crying for someone to help her and send LE. Caller could also hear a male in the background/does not know who this is. Deputy on scene advising knocked three times with no response/unable to see or hear anything/clear.

Dog bite
Dragonfly Trailhead
Caller was walking on the trail and another subject had a dog that wasn’t on a leash/advised the dog bit him on the leg and broke the skin. Call came in through NMSP. Refused medical. Deputy advised victim he would be contacted by the ACO once everything is done.

Reckless driver
S. Highway 90 – Charro Trail
Vehicle pulling a trailer with a flat that is throwing sparks. Second caller advising a pickup pulling a trailer with a flat tire is letting up sparks. Deputy had contact at MM32 (about 9miles south of Hudson Street Bridge)/still driving.
