Caller advised damage has been done to home by renter who passed away in November.

Advised son is causing problems/he is refusing to leave and broke some items/he left outside/wants a CTW issued when located.

Caller needs to report a threat made towards him by a named female/she told a friend that she was going to come down and shoot him.

Female was asking for an officer/could hear male yelling violently in the background and pounding on the door/caller could not verify address as she was crying. Deputy advised everything is okay/giving an individual a ride to Silver City.

Welfare check
D Street
Sister said he is not feeling well and not going to make it/he abuses meth, cocaine, and heroin/has been unable to reach him for a few hours. Officer had contact advising he is okay/he did call his sister.

Harassment
A Street – 10:35 p.m.
Caller advised his neighbor is playing loud music.

A Street – 5 p.m.
Caller advised she just got home and her son was telling her she was one of the terrorists and he was going to “take care of the problem.” She did get out of the house/dispatch lost contact/unable to call her back/line is busy.

Caller advised that her son asked to use the car and when caller told him no he started verbally fighting with the daughter and she is throwing things at him/he is running out the back door at this time. Officer and deputy advised a neighbor saw son running down Lincoln Street east/have one male in custody.

Caller advised his red bicycle was stolen while he was inside the store

Advised a neighbor called her advising two named individuals were fighting. Bayard PD officer advised everything is okay/clear/verbal only.

Saturday, Jan. 18

Domestic disturbance
500 S. Prescott Street
Caller advised that his ex-girlfriend just brought his car back and she is throwing a crazy in the car with her new boyfriend/he is bipolar/he took her keys to her vehicle so she cannot leave.

Suspicious vehicle
N. Hutchinson Street
Gray Nissan Altima parked in front of his residence/ Officer advised the battery of this vehicle died and owner is supposed to pick it up in the morning.

Disturbance
N. Prescott Street
A named individual showed up at her residence and started to fight her daughter’s boyfriend/the individual did leave. Officer advised will be clear/individual left prior to arrival.

Sunday, Jan.19

Unwanted subject
S. Hutchinson Street
Caller received a call advising that a named female was on her property and she had already been asked to leave/was told the female had damaged her door. Deputy had contact with female on New and Prescott and advised her to stay off the property/negative on CTW at this time.

Disturbance
N. Cleveland Street
Caller advising his mother is going ‘psychotic’/advising a few days ago she shot off her finger and is now threatening to take off her cast and boil it to feed it to the dog. Caller advised he is not on scene but believes his mother needs to be admitted. Officer requested ambulance to transport a 90-year-old female for a mental evaluation.
